1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • The license key must not have been activated or used
  • You must provide your order number and purchase email
  • Refund requests for technical issues must first be directed to Norton's official support

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • License keys that have been activated or used
  • Requests made after 60 days from purchase
  • Purchases made through third-party sellers (not directly from norsec)
  • Renewal subscriptions after the renewal period has started
  • Cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the refund policy

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  3. Provide the email address used for the purchase
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We typically respond to refund requests within 1-2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually instant or within 24 hours
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed

5. Technical Issues

Important: If you're experiencing technical issues with Norton software (installation problems, activation errors, performance issues), please contact Norton's official support at norton.com before requesting a refund. We are an authorized reseller and cannot provide technical support for Norton products.

6. Subscription Renewals

For subscription renewals, refunds are only available if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and before the renewal period has been used. Automatic renewals can be canceled at any time before the renewal date by contacting our support team.

7. Chargebacks

Instead of initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at refunds@norsec.online. Chargebacks may result in your account being suspended from future purchases.
